  • CeeDee Lamb is my 2024 WR1

Yes I am biased Dallas Fan but CeeDee Lamb is my Fantasy/Dynasty WR1 and should be yours too.

In 2023 Ceedee Lamb Finished first in targets(181), first in receptions (135), second in yards (1749), and third in receiving touchdowns(12). These are numbers that you want in a top receiver on your fantasy team, especially in PPR platforms. CeeDee Lamb should be the first receiver of the board in 2024 in Fantasy. In Dynasty leagues he should most certainly be the first player taken off the board. Some may argue a case for Jamar Chase which I understand however, I am basing this off of last years stats in which CeeDee outperformed Chase by a landslide. Chase will most definitely bounce back with a healthy Joe Burrow but, because of Tee Higgins franchise tag he will the limit Chase’s target share. Chase will be this years WR2.

What about Justin Jefferson? Justin Jefferson would have been my WR2 if the Vikings kept Kirk Cousins. Cousins shared a very important role in the monster numbers that he put up in 2022 (128 receptions, 1809 yards and 8 TDs). Targeting him 184 times is an absurd amount of targets but there are now a couple problems. First is the uncertainty of who the Quarterback will be in 2024 which will affect the numbers regardless of if it is a rookie or vet throwing to Jefferson. The other issue is the competition is higher in the Vikings receiving room. Jefferson is by far the most talented receiver in that room but splitting shares with Jordan Addison and TJ Hockenson tanks his value further.I will add that a who ever is quarterback of the Vikings in 2024, they have a very nice set of weapons at their disposal. Justin Jefferson is my WR3 of 2024.

To conclude, CeeDee is him and will remain him for a while. As long as Dak Sticks around, CeeDee putting up numbers will be like death and taxes. Draft him at WR1 and you will not miss.

  • Hollywood Brown to Kansas City

Hollywood to the Chiefs. This was something I was hoping for all last season.

After a lackluster 2023 campaign posting only 574 yards and 4 touchdowns most will overlook him as a player. However he is now in the best position of his career. Do not let the numbers fool you and maybe brush up on some tape of his. Marquise Brown is a solid route runner and is also the missing piece the Chiefs were looking for last season. Although Rashee Rice had a solid rookie year posting 938 yards and 7 touchdowns, there was undoubtedly a void that needed to be filled in their wide receiver room and this signing fills just that.

Plagued with poor Quarterback play last year and injuries, It is only right that in 2024 Brown will have a break out year. Even if Rice has a better season in 2024 Brown will still benefit from this massive upgrade at QB.
